If you submit content (e.g. a review, message or listing request), you confirm that it is accurate, that you have the right to publish it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We may edit, refuse or remove submissions at our sole discretion.

Third-party services

Bookings, quotes and treatments are provided by independent clinics. UAE.dentist is not a party to any agreement between you and a clinic and is not responsible for the performance of dental services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UAE.dentist and its editors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from any interaction with a clinic listed on the site.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective on publication. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
