In-network clinics have a direct contract with your insurer (Daman, ADNIC, AXA, Cigna, Neuron, NEXtCARE), enabling direct billing and lower co-payment. Out-of-network care requires paying in full and submitting the invoice for reimbursement, usually at 70–80% of an approved fee schedule. Confirm network status before booking any dental appointment.
