Cosmetic and specialist treatments — veneers, implants, aligners — can be 10–20% higher in premium Dubai neighbourhoods than in Abu Dhabi. Both cities have world-class specialists and international insurance panels. Choose by clinic reputation and insurance network rather than by emirate alone.
